SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Fee: All standard shipping is a flat fee of $6.99.
  • Free shipping for orders over $60.00
  • We strive to ship orders within 2-3 days business days Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • After your order has been processed, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that contains all USPS tracking details.
  • If no Confirmation email received: Check your Spam or Junk Folder. If not found, email us at infolelagrace@gmail.com

LOCAL PICKUPS: We are located in Seattle 98168 area, WA. You can also select local pickup if you live in our area.

UNDELIVERABLE & MISSING PACKAGES:

  • Refused or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address caused by the consumer, consumer is responsible for the shipping fee.
  • Packages that are refused or undeliverable due to a bad address will not be re-delivered.
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
  • Packages that are lost or damaged in the mail, the US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. 
  • Please reach out to USPS with any inquiries about delays or shipments not arriving. 
  • We do not refund or send new replacements for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by USPS. The package becomes the sole responsibility of the addressee. You agree to these terms and conditions when you place your order.
