RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
- At this time, we do not accept returns.
- All sales are final. Please read item details before purchasing and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before making purchase.
- We will accept returns, refunds due to our error in fulfillment with paid shipping.
REFUNDS:
- Returns and Refunds are only accepted if there is a defect or fulfillment mistake made on our behalf.
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at infolelagrace@gmail.com
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 DAYS of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return/refund or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email at infolelagrace@gmail.com
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and with its original packaging.
- We are not responsible if you ordered the wrong color or incorrect sizing.
- Exact color of merchandise may vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting. These are not considered defects.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper washing/care or handling of your items.
SHIPPING
**We ONLY ship to the US**
- Shipping Fee: All standard shipping is a flat fee of $7.
- Free shipping for orders over $75
- We strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
- After your order has been processed, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that contains all USPS tracking details.

LOCAL PICKUPS: We are located in Seattle, WA. You can also select local pickup if you live in our area.
UNDELIVERABLE & MISSING PACKAGES:
- Refused or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address caused by the consumer, consumer is responsible for the shipping fee.
- Packages that are refused or undeliverable due to a bad address will not be re-delivered.
- Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
- Packages that are lost or damaged in the mail, the US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Please reach out to USPS with any inquiries about delays or shipments not arriving.
- We do not refund or send new replacements for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by USPS. The package becomes the sole responsibility of the addressee. You agree to these terms and conditions when you place your order.
